This is not a legal definition. Working title from the draft EHDS Implementation Act (GIS Act); cf. Digital Health Authority (Art. 19 EHDS) and HDAB (Art. 55 EHDS).

The name proposed in the draft Dutch EHDS implementing act for the Dutch authority that would be the data authority for both primary and secondary use.
